Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

- If your cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
